    Essential Duties And Responsibilities include the following.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of Table Games and be able to efficiently deal the game that they are supervising.
  • Must have knowledge in game protection.
  • Must be able to deal one or more of a particular Table Game.
  • Must have experience or be a graduate of a certified dealing school.
  • Able to comprehend policies and procedures and carry them out as set forth in the Internal Controls and manuals.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Continued training sessions required.

    Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises eight employees in the Table Games Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees;planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

    Education And/Or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2 years related experience and/or training.

    Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

    Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

    Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must have a Certified Dealing Certificate or successfully pass an audition on any one or more of the table games. Louisiana Gaming License, LACT and/or TIPS card required.

    Additional Duties/ Job Dimensions Regular attendance in conformance with standards, which may be established by Bally's from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to Bally's Attendance Policy. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. This includes all shifts, weekends and holiday periods
