Full scope Optometry services for adults and children
Site will include co-location with Dentistry, Endocrinology, Behavioral Health, Podiatry, Geriatrics, and Diabetes Nurse Education
~ Teaching and research opportunities through affiliated academic partners, including academic title and resources

~ Opportunity for leadership and performance improvement project involvement

~ Documentation in eClinical Works electronic health record

~ Billing submission at the time of office visit is expected

New graduates of training programs encouraged to apply
Experience with CLIA, The Joint Commission and NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home preferred
Position directly reports to the Chief Medical Officer
