Commercial and Intellectual Property Litigation Associate - Los Angeles

Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking an associate with at least four years of experience for its commercial litigation group in Los Angeles. This position will also involve intellectual property [trademark & copyright] and unfair competition matters. The salary for this position is between $225,000 and $330,000.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation experience in complex litigation.
• Candidates with experience in soft IP [trademark, copyright] or unfair competition are preferred.
• Experience managing cases, drafting and conducting research for pleadings and contested motions, taking depositions, proposing written discovery and responses, and arguing motions.
• Excellent writing and verbal skills. Team focused; excellent client-interfacing skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• California bar admission is required.
