    About the job DeltaV Controls Engineer We are seeking a Control Systems Engineer to join our team in Alpharetta, GA.

    In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including programming, system configuration, documentation, factory acceptance testing, and field start-up and commissioning activities, with a focus on DeltaV systems and other related platforms.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus 5 years of relevant work experience, or a combination of education and relevant work experienceStrong proficiency in programming DeltaV Distributed Control SystemsExtensive experience with Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and OPC communications protocolsSolid understanding of control panels, panel wiring drawings, and field wiring diagramsProficient in P&IDs, including the ability to develop new P&IDs, review existing ones, and create Instrument & I/O Lists from P&IDsFamiliarity with ISA tagging conventionsDesirable:Experience programming PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred) and HMIs (Inductive Automation Ignition, AVEVA/Wonderware System Platform, Rockwell FactoryTalk View, GE iFIX preferred)

    Familiarity with other platforms such as Omni Flow Computer, ROC, and Load Metering DevicesExperience in developing operational and technical manuals, including training guides, HMI manuals, and operating proceduresKnowledge of Electrical Protection Relays and Historian systemsFamiliarity with external notification systems (text, email, mobile app, etc.)Experience with DeviceNet and/or Profibus communications protocolsResponsibilities:
