    $24.18-$26.38 per hour for 35 hours Full Time Located at 255 Delaware Ave., Buffalo, NY

    SUMMARY OF DUTIES
    The Business Systems Analyst willbridge the gap between business needs, problems, opportunities,
    and solutions by involving processimprovement and technology.

    The Business Systems Analyst will improve or createorganizational systems that reduce waste and/or increase operational efficiencythrough systems analysis and by leveraging process improvement and technologysolutions.

    This position supports efforts to identify process improvementopportunities, reduce inefficiencies, and leverage technology drivingautomation across the organization.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assistswith organizational and process improvement/transformation initiatives throughLean principles, automation, and partnership with organizational stakeholders.
    • Consultswith a variety of stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs andrequirements and assists with designing and developing solutions to meet thoseneeds.
    • Leveragesdata and communication with internal stakeholders to identify systems andprocess bottlenecks, process gaps, and waste.
    • Assistswith the analysis, design, and maintenance of technology solutions that willdrive client and staff satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
    • Leveragesthe Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.)to automate business processes and develop data collection and reportingsystems.
    • Assistswith the development, management, and maintenance of the organization'sMicrosoft Power Platform environment.
    • Collaborateswith the Quality Improvement and Information Systems teams to produce high qualityreports, dashboards, and data collection mechanisms for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Supportgrant compliance and evaluation activities including the development ofeffective data collection, monitoring, and reporting systems.
    • Trainsend users on developed solutions
    • Developsand maintains standardized documentation and procedures.
    • Completesall trainings required by the agency.
    • Performsall other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Associatedegree in Business, Technology, Healthcare, Math, or related field.
    • Processimprovement experience and/or LEAN certification a plus.
    • Possessan eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
    • Knowledgeor experience with Microsoft 365, the Microsoft Power Platform, and/or otherlow code, business intelligence, data, or automation technologies.
    • Experiencewith healthcare processes and/or information technology systems.
    • Demonstratedknowledge of data, data management, and data systems.
    • Capableof prioritizing multiple projects and meeting multiple project deadlines.
    • Excellentorganizational & time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellentcommunication skills using all methods.
