Enterprise Solutions Architect - (3) openings

Location: Onsite in Katy, TX

These (3) Enterprise Solutions Architects will work together within the Solutions Team. However, each Solutions Architect will have a niched focus and will collaborate with different teams depending on the niche best suited.

(1) EA - will work closely with Infrastructure Teams (Networking, Cloud, Systems, etc.)

(1) EA - will work closely with Retail/Ecommerce Teams

(1) EA - will work closely with Application Teams

We are seeking (3) experienced Senior Solutions Architect with a strong background in the retail industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Solutions/Enterprise Architecture, with a proven track record of solving complex business problems in SaaS environments.

Responsibilities:

80% Strategy/Architecture / 20% Hands on work
Identify and recommend solutions to improve business productivity and reduce reactive work.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to develop end-to-end solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Establish strong relationships between IT and operations by engaging with business leadership.
Create and refine solution architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Engage with stakeholders to address current and future IT requirements.
Understand and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety rules.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of Solutions/Enterprise Architecture experience.
Strong retail industry experience.
Strong experience in SaaS environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with architecture modeling tools and methodologies.
