Duties/Responsibilities:
At the direction of the Department, facilitate collecting system requirements with the
business program staff.
At the direction of the Department, develop documentation (i.e., diagrams, flow
charts, requirements document).
At the direction of the Department, perform needs analysis, analyze business processes,
develop process maps, and assist project managers in all phases of the projects.
At the direction of the Department, develop test cases and test plans, and conduct user
acceptance testing.
At the direction of the Department, perform testing on system changes to meet user[1]defined requirements as assigned by the Department.
At the direction of the Department, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with the
business program staff as assigned by the Department.
At the direction of the Department, facilitate meetings with technical and program
staff as assigned by the Department (i.e., scheduling meetings, document decisions,
identify issues and action items).
At the direction of the Department, produce status reports on the implementation of user[1]defined requirements as assigned by the Department.
At the direction of the Department, produce detailed accounting of hours worked by tasks as
assigned by the Department.
At the direction of the Department, follow DOH IT processes and coordinate with other
DOH IT staff to ensure compliance with DOH standards as assigned by the Department.
At the direction of the Department, correspond (verbally and in written formats)
with project teams, internal stakeholders regarding project activities, deliverables,
and status as assigned by the Department.
At the direction of the Department, actively participate in project status meetings as assigned
by the Department.
The Contractor shall coordinate efforts with the Program Manager to achieve cost savings
under this agreement, where feasible and practicable, as assigned by the Department. Those
efforts include, but are not limited to, identifying common system errors in systems that can
be resolved in a manner that achieves cost savings in the State of Florida. Facilitate user
acceptance testing (UAT) with the business program staff as directed by the Department."
