Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable full-charge bookkeeper with substantial experience in QuickBooks Online to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate, timely and compliant financial records.Responsibilities
- Handle bookkeeping with precision — AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations, monthly reports, federal grant financial compliance
- Partner with our CPA to keep us tax-ready and audit-happy
- Maintain business office compliance with a combination of proactive, organized record-keeping, and adherence to annual filing deadlines
