- Schedule: 4 days a week, 8 hours a day at the main Hospital, office hours 8am-5pm. 1 day a week, 8-hour day at the other hospital. (This is factored into the current FTE, approx. 6-8 patients a week)
- Support staffing: Full time: oncology nurse navigator, clinic nurse, receptionist and scheduler, authorization and referral coordinator, nurse manager. 0.8FTE Oncology nurse practitioner
- 9 patients per day
- Hem/Onc providers are within the clinic sp to support Infusion staff as well. The Infusion Clinic supports approximately infusions per month.
- Level 4 Trauma Center
- Call Ratio: Coordinated with Nurse Practitioner
- EMR: EPIC
- BLS or ACLS
- MD or DO
