a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;} Razor is looking for a Data Engineer with experience in clinical data who designs and builds scalable data ingestion pipelines to normalize clinical data supporting quality reporting, risk adjustment, and regulatory programs.
Education & Certification Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field 100% Remote Responsibilities- Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
- Normalize and map clinical data to LOINC, SNOMED CT, RxNorm, CVX
- Build data models for quality and risk adjustment reporting
- Maintain data lineage, provenance, and traceability
- Implement automated validation and quality monitoring
- Work with actuarial, quality, compliance, and analytics teams
- Support CMS, HEDIS, and risk adjustment reporting
- Optimize pipeline performance in cloud/hybrid environments
- Document transformations, mappings, and governance controls Qualifications
- 3+ years in data engineering or ETL development
- Strong SQL and Python
- Experience normalizing clinical data to standard vocabularies
- Experience with data warehouses/data marts
- Understanding of healthcare claims/clinical data
- Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) Desired Skills
- FHIR/HL7 experience
- Familiarity with RAF/HCC, HEDIS, Stars
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, Airflow, dbt
- Knowledge of CMS/HIPAA requirements
