    Description

    General Summary of Position:

    The Department of Plastics Engineering is looking for part-time faculty for instruction of asynchronous online courses. These courses include, but are not limited to, PLAS Rubber Technology, PLAS Processing of Elastomers, PLAS Design with Elastomers, and PLAS Thermoplastic Elastomers.

    Minimum Qualifications (Required):

    1. Ph.D. or similar degree in Plastics Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
    2. Experience in design, formulation, manufacturing, and characterization of thermoset elastomeric products/systems.
    3. Teaching experience a plus.
