- Responds to unscheduled service requests from users by performing initial problem verification,
- troubleshooting, and problem correction. (35%)
- Completes scheduled maintenance in accordance with PM Inspection and Protocol management plan. Initiates and completes documentation after repair or PM is completed. (45%)
- Assist in med equipment installation as required. (10%)
- Assists other technical positions in Clinical Engineering and other departments in the system as required. (5%)
- Attend manufacture service schools, in house training and self-directed study as required. (5%)
- Performs all other duties as assigned or required.
- Graduate from an electronic technical school
OR 3 years of relevant and progressive experience - Associate's Degree in biomedical or electronic engineering.
- 1-3 years' hands on experience performing direct repair and maintenance on bio medical equipment.
