- Manage acceptance and registration of new shipments
- Assist with the dispatch of crews for each job for each day and ensure workload is at its peak; this includes helping with driver assignments as well as collaborating with corporate to ensure that all shipments are assigned and picked up.
- Manage OTR and Local drivers, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, qualifying, disciplining, and terminating
- Help with weekly payroll input and documentation
- Weekly fuel log inspections
- Assist with warehouse operations, ensuring the building is neat, orderly and up to code for RSMO and fire inspections.
- Make sure the logs are up to date and legal.
- Moving operations management background, dealing with residential, military and commercial moves
- Transportation and logistics industry knowledge
- Exceptional IT skills
