The Corporate Support Assistant is responsible for managing calendars for upper management and Pathologists coordinating meetings and providing ancillary support for various high-level projects.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communication business or project management preferred.
- Certifications in project management or contract management preferred.
- 4+years of experience required preferably in a corporate or medical setting
Responsibilities:

.li.Liaise with internal external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication coordination of schedules commitments .
< br/>& #x202F; li.Provide general administrative support pre paring documents reports correspondence assisting travel arrangements expense reports .
