This Director of Communications will develop and advance strategic communication efforts for the University of Georgia College of Public Health as well as supervise members of the
CPH
Communications Office .
The Director reports directly to the dean and works in close coordination and cooperation with Dean's Office units, College leadership, faculty, staff, and students across the College and the University.
The Director manages the planning, execution, and evaluation of all strategic communications, including editorial content, digital communications, and internal and external marketing campaigns, in alignment with the College and University strategic messaging and marketing strategies.
The Director leads all branding and reputation management efforts to support the College's recruitment and reputational goals, ensuring consistent visual and messaging brand standards across the College, as well as providing guidance to theCPH
community and external vendors.

Demonstrated knowledge of marketing and communication strategy, brand management, and crisis communications.

Communication Strategy Development, Implementation, and Brand Management
Develop annual College communications strategy and brand positioning, in coordination with the dean.
Oversee the execution of external communication strategy, including editorial and digital marketing strategy.
Develop and execute annual peer-to-peer marketing strategy.
Support the development and execution of enrollment marketing strategy.
Oversee and implement internal communication strategy.
Collect, analyze and report data on strategy initiatives.
