    Come join our team that saves lives every day A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GRANTS REPORTING MANAGERAs a Compliance Manager, you maintain and oversee client database and statistical information to prevent violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.

    Your day could start out evaluating the efficiency of controls but end collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for maintaining compliance across our organization.

    You have the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where you thrive .Using your attention to detail, you generate monthly, quarterly, and annual statistics and reports on all program services.

    Our staff relies on your support regarding the collection of data and reports to pass on to those that provide us with our funding.

    You prepare and facilitate all grant-related monitoring visits, interpret regulations and policies, and monitor grant requirements. When funding is received you monitor the funded projects to prevent over-expenditure.

    By monitoring our compliance with various federal, state, and local grant requirements, you play an important part in ensuring that we can continue working to prevent and end domestic abuse and support those who are affected by it .QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceBasic knowledge of governmental laws and regulations related to grant funding, documentation, and reportingAbility to pass a drug test2+ years of experience in a related field is preferred, but not required.

    WORK SCHEDULEThe typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
