    California based plaintiff's side Employment Law Firm is seeking a Referral Coordinator for immediate hire. This position is responsible for coordination with and management of all referral partners. Candidate will handle a large volume of referrals and be responsible for a large volume of follow ups. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. A successful candidate will be able to work hard, maintain a positive attitude, and not take constructive criticism personally. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to the firm's success while working with a talented team of attorneys. This position is full time, onsite position at the firm's Los Angeles, CA office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinating the referring of cases to other law firms.
    • Following up with referring attorneys on case status.
    • Understanding the urgency of time frames and working diligently.
    • Understanding of the litigation flow for proper monitoring of cases.
    • Establishing and maintaining relationships with referral partners.
    • Responsible for the documentation and implementation relating to all outgoing and incoming referrals.
    • Tracking referral and lead sources, and follow payment schedules

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related degree from an accredited university, equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
    • Must have experience working in a customer-centric environment.
    • Must have a personable, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
    • Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Must have strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
    • Must have a basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems, such as recordkeeping and filing.
    • Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
    • Must have a high level of professionalism and a strong commitment to client service and maintaining client confidentiality.
