    Shift:

    3pm - 11:30pmHourly:
    $20.44SummaryOur Team Members operate powered industrial equipment such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts with fork or clamp attachments. Tasks loading/unloading pallets and cases, picking/staging orders, putting away pallets, and other general forklift work.
    Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct operations in a manner promoting safetySit-down lift experiences preferredMinimum of 6 months of forklift and warehouse experienceMust be super-efficient in all tasks requiredPut away inbound shipments/move product to storage locations using a forkliftPicking cases by the each onto pallets using the powered equipmentPrepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and correct item is staged for loadingKeep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracyReport quality variancesMaintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashionAssist in any required physical inventoriesComplete daily inspection of equipmentPerform additional duties as assigned by managementEnsure proper stock rotationSatisfactory completion of a forklift training programComply with all OSHA and MSDS standardsAbility to read, understand and follow instructions, and to code applicable documentsQualificationsMust be able to pass Forklift Driving Skills testThis position requires lifting cases weighing from 20-45 pounds repeatedly throughout a long work period18 years or olderWorking in a high-speed manufacturing environment (e.g., team-oriented, deadline driven, high performance demands, fast-paced, etc.)


    Driving a forklift (e.g., performing basic operations such as driving forwards, driving backwards, lifting and lowering boom, maneuvering in tight areas without damaging product, etc.)Working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets (e.g., pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks, maximizing storage by stacking products vertically, etc.)Working with standards of operation (e.g., OSHA requirements on minimum/maximum speeds, signaling, putting products in appropriate areas, etc.)



    Safety:
    Observe and follow health and safety regulationsEnforces operating instructions and safety policies.

    Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and proceduresMaintain detailed records of safety incidentsAssign designated safety personnelMaintain warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
