    In this role, you will touch upon data extraction and data manipulation. You will take ownership in extracting data for the various projects and organizing the ETL developments.

    You will design and drive the ETL development as well as plan, organize and drive the development work and undertake complex analysis to accomplish the project objective.

    You will develop ETL core modules and lead junior resources in the development of remaining ETL. You will work on existing sub-optimized processes to identify room for improvements.

    You will design and drive the work plan for the optimization/automation and standardization of the processes incorporating best practices to achieve efficiency gains that will provide a sustainable set-up that can be supported on a long term.

    You will independently design presentations to summarize the results of analysis.

    You will also have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the domain/function (across pricing, promotions, trade architecture and assortment) and manage the business process in the work area along with developing cross-site relationships to enhance idea generation.

    You will also define and manage partner expectations and you'll coach and mentor new hires by sharing your business, functional and technical expertise.

    You will also collaborate with the team in coding, testing and executing project requests.

    You will support ongoing business processes by delivering high-quality end products on time and by performing quality checks wherever required.

    QualificationsBachelors degree in computer science, information systems or closely related field5+ years of experience in data architecture in a professional services environment is highly preferredStrong data architecture knowledge including building data models, ER diagrams and data interaction pipelineHands on experience in data extraction (extract, Schemas, corrupt record handling and parallelized code), transformations and loads (user - defined functions, join optimizations)Strong coding skills in Python, PySparkGood knowledge of SQL performance tuningExperience in developing Spark applications using Spark - SQL in Databricks for data extraction, transformation, and aggregation from multiple file formats for analyzing and transforming the dataGood knowledge of Jenkins, code version controlAbility to interact in a fluid, demanding and unstructured environment where priorities evolve constantly and methodologies are regularly challengedComfortable with ambiguity; self-motivated with strong sense of ownershipExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutionsCollaborative and able to motivate team members; ability to work well within teams across continents/time zones#J-18808-Ljbffr
