- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system.
- Monitor and improve quality control processes across all departments, including material preparation, CNC Plasma operation, assembling, welding, and painting, to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including material prep, fabrication, painting, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of quality standards throughout project execution.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues promptly, collaborating with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization. Knowledge and Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or related
- Proven experience in quality control, preferably in welding/fabrication environment
- Minimum 3-years experience working in fast paced manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Experienced creating reports and producing spreadsheets with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
