    We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Harrisburg, United States.

    In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

    You will play a critical part in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently to meet our organizational goals and customer demands.

    Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and specificationsPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevityInspect finished products for quality defects and ensure compliance with quality standardsOrganize and maintain accurate production records and documentationIdentify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptlyFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlinesAnalyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvementsLoad and unload materials using appropriate equipment and techniquesParticipate in onboarding and training programs to develop technical skill sets
    High school diploma or equivalentProven experience operating production equipment in a manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructionsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to analyze production metrics and troubleshoot basic equipment issuesPhysical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periodsProficiency in reading blueprints, gauges, and production specificationsReliable attendance and punctualityPreferred: OSHA safety certificationPreferred: Forklift certificationPreferred: Experience with inventory management systemsPreferred: Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
