    The successful candidate will utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. This includes collecting and relaying information on assessment, screening, diagnostic testing results and risk stratification to providers for both hospital and clinic patients enrolled in approved programs.





    • Graduation from an accredited nursing program including those accredited by Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).

    • Minimum two years clinical experience preferred with current licensure as Registered Nurse with State Board of Nursing where practice occurs or possess multistate licensure if located within NLC states.

    • Ongoing required department specific competencies certifications available upon hire when applicable Basic Life Support (BLS). Must hold valid driver license possession considered mandatory depending location work assignment
