Quality Program ManagerReports to: PresidentLocation: RichardsonPay: $75KWe are looking for a Quality Program Manager for our Client in the Richardson area.

This role will oversee all production process activities including generation and management of production scheduling, allocation of production resources, supervisory role in parts acquisition to meet production schedule, inventory management, quality control, overall responsibility for production area (organization, layout, equipment, etc.), and ISO 9000 compliance activities.

Responsibilities:
Generate and manage production schedule.
Manage and allocate production resources.
Oversee parts acquisition activities to coordinate with production schedule.
Coordinate production activities to ensure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
Ensure that production activities are performed in the most cost efficient manner.
Coordinate all production equipment operation, maintenance, and acquisition.
Manage product inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available to meet anticipated demand.
Responsible for quality control within all production processes.
Responsible for monitoring the production processes and resolving delivery and scheduling issues with other departments and customers as necessary.
Participate in customer status update meetings, conference calls, etc.
Participate in regular management meetings to coordinate production activities with other departments.
Identify training needs and conduct training sessions for production personnel.
Responsible for ISO 9000 compliance activities in the production processes.


Requirements:
High school Diploma or equivalentGeneral operational and management skills.
Working knowledge of equipment used for the manufacturing of electronic products.
Familiarity with ISO 9000 compliance requirements.
