    Project Manager Responsibilities:
    • Manage subcontract processing and purchase orders, including monitoring and processing change orders.
    • Familiarize yourself with the Prime Contract, drawings, specifications, and addenda.
    • Coordinate construction meetings, schedule inspections, and track progress.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and maintain drawings for final as-built records.
    • Review and coordinate approvals of shop drawings and submittals.
    • Generate estimates and proposals for contract changes, supported by thorough documentation.
    • Prepare and track reports/logs as per specifications.
    • Monitor deliveries from major vendors and subcontractors.
    • Coordinate punch list items and project close-out procedures.
    • Compile and submit pay requests and track warranty items.
    • Provide direction and resolve issues among subcontractors and vendors.
    • Identify and resolve deficient work.
    • Communicate effectively using various tools and software.
    • Read blueprints and monitor job site safety.
    Project Manager Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Construction Science, Construction Engineering Technology, or Construction Management preferred.
    • 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction.
    • Proficiency in ProCore or similar Project Management Software.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to navigate job sites and ensure safety compliance, including holding OSHA 30 certification.
