    Job DescriptionPosition OverviewAssists in the provision of comprehensive health care as a member of a team of health care professionals. This individual functions in all areas of the office setting this might include both clinical and front desk duties. Location and Hours of PositionPHN Sharon Medical Group -
    Behavioral Health: 63 Pitt St.

    , Sharon, PA 16146The general office hours for this position are:

    Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (subject to change) NO WEEKENDS CompensationPosition starts at $17.00 (MA) per hour, or $20.00 (LPN) however, PHN recognizes experience, education and site location when determining wage.

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of an approved school Medical Assistant and/or two years' experience in a clinical setting
    • Infection Control and strong clinical knowledge
    • Administering Medication
    • Previous venipuncture and injection experience preferred
    • Previous experience in calling prescriptions under a provider's direction
