    Description

    Job Summary:

    As a Business Operations Specialist, you will prepare and report business planning and take a lead role in IT security management, overseeing the implementation of protocols to safeguard company data and systems.

    Additionally, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.


    Principle Responsibilities:
    Business Plan Annual business planning (P&L and Balance Sheets)

    Quarterly Forecast of P&L and BSMonthly performance analysis of business unitsControl budgetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment with company objectivesReporting and Documentation Prepare detailed reports and documentation for headquarters, summarizing key business metrics and performance indicatorsRespond to HQ's ad hoc requests (inventory and AR aging, etc.)Collaborate with various departments to collect and compile relevant data for reporting purposesPayroll Processing Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulationsCollaborate with HR to gather and verify payroll dataAddress payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely mannerJob Qualification:

    Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Business major concentrating on accounting and MIS)2~3 years of experience in business planning and forecastMust possess a good command of MS Excel and PowerPointNeed to write business analysis report in both Korean and EnglishPrior experience in payroll processing and compliance preferredStrong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrentlyNote:This job description is a general outline of the responsibilities and qualifications required for the position.
