    • County Classification (at minimum)DescriptionWe are looking for an individual who is eager to help serve within their community as a Clinical Program Manager for our Flexible Integrated Treatment (FIT) program located in North Sacramento.

    Program Summary:


    FIT serves infants, children and youth (ages 0-21) with a team approach to treatment planning allowing clinicians the flexibility to assess the level and type of services needed.

    As treatment needs vary over time, services are tailored to fit without interruption.

    Equally flexible is the location of service:
    home, school, River Oak clinical sites or community setting to best accommodate the family/care provider.

    A wide array of treatment interventions, to include multiple evidence-based programs, are used to include individual, family and group therapy.


    Job Responsibilities:


    Plan, organize, manage, and coordinate the operational, administrative, and clinical activities in support of assigned program; effectively manage and monitor the allocation and utilization of designated resources, supervise and monitor the necessary recordkeeping and reporting functions, and ensure compliance with stated mission, goals, regulations, and guidelinesReview and evaluate operations and activities of assigned program on a continual basis; initiate improvements and modifications as necessary; oversee and monitor the maintenance of a variety of records and documentation and preparation of reports on programs clinical and administrative operations and activities periodically and upon requestOversee and participate in treatment planning and/or case management meetings and activities; advise and supervise staff, interns/students, and/or other professionals in the assigned service implementation processModel, train to, and support the principles and practices of quality management and continuous quality improvement; create and maintain a focus on outcomes for assigned programSupervise, oversee, and monitor all assigned clinical staff members regarding billable hours worked to ensure assigned staff consistently and satisfactorily meets or exceeds required billing levels as established by division and/or Agency criteria as well as the needs of assigned program area(s); communicate any performance deficiencies to affected staff members in a timely mannerManage and monitor the provision of client services in a cost effective manner consistent with budget targets; adjust resources to accommodate variations from original budget targets and/or projections.

    Maintain awareness of and participation in external professional environment and resources to ensure the highest level of professional standards are applied to service delivery within assigned program.

    Standard and accepted principles and practices of case management including objectives, clinical diagnoses, and appropriate documentation.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    Must have at minimum:
    Bachelors Degree and four (4) years full time direct care experience in a mental health setting.
    ORMasters Degree or PhD and two (2) years of full-time direct care experience in a mental health setting.
    Responsible supervisory/management experience highly desirable as well as experience in public speaking and community outreach.
    Strong interpersonal, leadership, management and analytical skills.
    Effective skills in the utilization of resources. Knowledge of standard and accepted principles and practices of leadership, motivation, team building, quality improvement and problem resolution.
    Ability to meet professional standards and requirements for assigned programs with specific attention to standards compliance.
