Bula Forge & Machine is a Cleveland-based manufacturing company seeking productive, highly motivated, and energetic Machine Maintenance Technician personnel to join our team. Our company is growing at a rapid rate, and we are seeking a self-motivated, organized, independent individual to help with various maintenance tasks in a heavy-duty manufacturing environment. Candidate must have an exceptional attitude and a strong work ethic.

This position requires interaction with suppliers and multiple departments within our organization. It is NOT a desk job. It is a hands-on position that requires critical thinking and problem solving.

Job Requirements:

• Repair, install, and adjust industrial machinery
• Light fabrication
• Strong mechanical abilities
• Solid knowledge of electrical including new equipment installations is a plus
• Maintain Preventative Maintenance System
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in machinery or other relation fields
• Three phase electrical experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
