The Training Coordinator develops and manages the annual training calendar including new hire orientation mandatory trainings and ongoing professional development coordinates logistics for in-person and virtual trainings maintains structured onboarding training pathways for clinical administrative and support staff assists in creating updating curricula presentations and training materials based on adult learning principles tracks staff training completion ensures compliance with state licensing requirements Medicaid rules accreditation standards internal policies prepares reports for leadership auditors regulatory bodies collaborates with program leaders subject-matter experts external trainers delivers relevant evidence-based content communicates requirements reminders updates to staff supervisors facilitates or co-facilitates trainings supports integration of trauma-informed culturally responsive recovery-oriented care principles into all training initiatives collects analyzes evaluates makes recommendations stays current with trends best practices behavioral health education workforce development Requirements Bachelor??s degree Behavioral Health Education Social Services Human Resources related field equivalent combination experience education Experience coordinating training onboarding workforce development programs strong organizational skills attention detail excellent verbal written communication skills proficiency Microsoft Office virtual tools Databases/LMS Platforms Preferred Working In behavioral health social services setting familiarity trauma-informed care HIPAA evidence-based practices delivering trainings facilitating groups knowledge accreditation standards CARF Joint Commission Key Competencies Project management Adult learning principles Cultural competence DEI awareness Data tracking reporting Customer service collaboration Problem solving flexibility
