Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for its Ontonagon, Michigan location. Our clinics are designated Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) that qualify for federal loan repayment program. Practice opportunity details include:

Candidate Type: Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)
100% outpatient; Monday-Friday schedule
