- Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality tax services to private clients
- Provide expert advice on complex tax matters, including estate planning, wealth transfer, and charitable giving
- Develop and implement tax strategies tailored to individual client needs
- Review and oversee tax compliance, including preparation and review of individual, trust, and estate tax returns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
- Keep abreast of tax laws and industry trends to provide proactive guidance to clients
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or JD/LLM preferred
- Must currently be working in a CPA Firm
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws related to individuals, trusts, and estates
- Proven leadership and managerial skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
