As a Travel Research and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel inquiries via phone and online chat. Your primary responsibilities will include researching and booking travel accommodations, providing recommendations on destinations and activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the booking process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing personalized travel recommendations
• Researching and booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services
• Handling customer service issues and resolving any conflicts or concerns
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and bookings
• Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software programs quickly
• Prior experience in the travel industry or customer service is a plus, but not required
