    Job Title:

    Marine Construction Permit Coordinator

    About the Job:

    We are seeking a skilled Marine Construction Permit Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the permitting process for marine construction projects, including dock installations, seawall constructions, and boat lift installations. This will involve coordinating with various local authorities, such as cities, counties, and the Department of Environment Protection.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Submission and completion of permit applications for marine construction projects
    • Coordination of all steps involved in the permitting process, including posting permits on jobs and scheduling inspections
    • Meeting with inspectors on-site to ensure compliance with regulations
    • Updating the system with permit status

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including local authorities and project teams
    • Familiarity with permit regulations and requirements
    • Proficiency in using software and systems related to permit management

    Salary Range:

    $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
