    Job Description for Debit Card Team Lead:

    This individual is responsible for overseeing the management of vendor relationships, supervising staff, and ensuring the operational functions related to debit card products/services are executed efficiently. They must guarantee that all daily work is completed in a timely and accurate manner to minimize customer impact and provide an exceptional customer experience. Key aspects of this role include staff development, training, continuous process improvement initiatives, as well as close collaboration with vendors on a day-to-day basis.

    The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience or equivalent expertise. Strong knowledge of banking operations including transaction flows, risk controls compliance technology used by the corporation is highly desirable. Effective leadership skills analytical thinking decision-making skills change management abilities are crucial for success in this position. Additionally excellent written oral communication capabilities along with proficiency in communicating effectively across various levels within the organization external vendors are necessary.

    The primary responsibilities include:
    • Leading team members fostering teamwork open communication unity while providing guidance on job responsibilities evaluation motivation.
    Directing collaborating multiple vendors facilitating issue resolution managing expectations ensuring effective communication performing vendor reviews monitoring performance against contractual obligations SLAs KPIs supporting subject matter expert roles research resolving escalated issues leading change through Continuous Improvement efforts focusing process improvements operational efficiencies superior service standards empowering self-improvement processes analyzing assessing conditions making independent decisions regarding processing procedural matters interacting diverse internal external contacts developing implementing reporting quality quantity performance adhering established Performance Level Standards PLS monthly reporting following First Bank & Trust policies procedures adherence compliance training participation.
