Job summary
We're hiring assertive detail-driven team members to join our boutique wedding event rental delivery crew.This is a hands-on logistics-focused position with non-traditional split hours based around wedding schedules.
What You'll Do Load and unload high-end furniture and décor for weddings Strategically load trucks to maximize space without scratching denting or damaging items Wrap and protect all furniture to ensure cleanliness and pristine condition Drive a 26ft box truck to and from wedding venues when applicable Confidently navigate park and back trucks into tight or challenging venue locations Execute efficient wedding-day load-ins while maintaining high attention to detail Return late night to break down reload and recover inventory after weddings Represent our brand professionally at venues often alongside planners coordinators Schedule Hours Important Hours are event-based non-traditional Typical wedding day includes Load-in earlier in the day approximately 3 hours Several-hour break Late-night pick-up often around 10–11 PM Must be comfortable with split shifts late nights and variable end times Weekend availability is required most events are Saturdays What We're Looking For Assertive self-starters who see what needs to be done do it Extremely detail-oriented scratches dents shortcuts are not acceptable Strong spatial awareness problem-solving skills Physically capable of heavy lifting active days Quick but careful workers Comfortable driving independently operating a 26ft box truck Calm reliable professional especially in wedding environments must have valid drivers license Preferred Experience Moving logistics delivery warehouse work Wedding event production experience Box truck commercial driving experience Job Types Contract Seasonal Pay $25.00 per hour Expected hours 5 –15
