Job summary

The Account Executive is an experienced individual responsible for managing specific client accounts and programs under the Account Supervisor or Account Director.
The role requires managing projects from start to finish, earning the confidence of and developing a strong working rapport with day-to-day client contacts.
Responsibilities include: developing and maintaining active working relationships with clients,
  • Developing knowledge of each client's business – business model basics,
  • Anticipating expectation issues,
  • Effectively monitoring agency departments against agreed timetables,
  • Evaluating strategic options.
