    The Senior Coordinator is responsible for delivering service to their assigned region or customer. The role manages service technicians, sub-contractors, vendors, and customers. The position oversees all incoming repair requests and preventative maintenance jobs assigned by the customer (external/internal). The role is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and customer development. The Senior Coordinator develops and maintains a relationship with the customer and ensures the quality of work and adherence to customer-specific KPIs are met.

    Essential Job Functions
    • Managing and overseeing all incoming repair requests and preventive maintenance jobs (internal/external) assigned by customers.
    • Manages service technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
    • Complies with customers' priority matrix requirements and service level requirements.
    • Ensures all work requests are completed on schedule and updated in customer systems.
    • Ensures timely follow-up and resolution to work exceptions.
    • Ensures and validates the quality of work provided.
    • Ensures timely proposal submittals to customers.
    • Requests equipment and supplies to maintain inventory and ensure availability of required items to complete the necessary installation/repair.
    • Works in conjunction with Service Managers to evaluate Technicians' performance.
    • Works with the Service Manager/General Manager and the Human Resource Department to implement progressive disciplinary and employee development activities.
    • Ensures proper safety rules, regulations, and incident reporting are followed.
    • Serve as an escalation point for customers.
    • As needed, could interact with the client(s) in the field.
    • Serve as point person for department general manager/Sr Service Manager; coordinate projects and other tasks as necessary.
    • Responsible for working safely, adhering to all aspects of our Health, Safety, and Environmental Program, and supporting all Company safety efforts.
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    Education, Experience, and Skills
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Strong technical knowledge and experience in General Building, Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC/Refrigeration commercial construction trades.
    • Ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications.
    • Positive customer focus, always considering the impact on our customer and their customers.
    • Ability to interact with a diverse customer roster.
    • Carefully considers cost/benefits.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrates attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills.
    • Able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events and communicate accordingly.
    • Supports the organization's goals and values.
    • Looks for ways to improve and promote quality.
    • Follow all Company and customer policies and procedures.
    • Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work some nights and weekends as needed.
    • Possess the vehicle and tools required to perform job functions.
    • Proficient with computers and familiar with Microsoft Software Suite.
    • Must possess or be able to obtain an appropriate state driver license before employment, a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
