    We are looking for anEmployee Benefit Specialistto join our team in the Berwyn, PA area
    This is a mid-level position responsible for providing, managing, and supporting group insurance and related employee benefit programs.

    What Youll Do:
    • Support Account Managers with renewal preparation.
    • Compliance communication and reporting.
    • Assist other Tycor associates with answering office phones and opening mail. (Approximately 40 incoming calls a day).
    • Create, send, and save company documents, ability to retrieve documents and manage deadlines for document return.
    • Responsible for internal and external communications.
    • Assist in the development and review of open enrollment materials.
    • Provide customer service to include: enrolling/terminating employee benefits, initiating COBRA paperwork, assisting with claims issues, etc.
    What Makes YOU GREAT:
    • Insurance License with the State of Pennsylvania required.
    • Minimum High School Diploma is required.
    • Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive information.
    • High level of accuracy and efficiency.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Courteous, professional manner
    • Computer literacy, Microsoft Office Suite, video conferencing, CRM, other programs as needed.
    • Excellent multitasking and follow-up skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Willingness to comply with all company, local, state, and federal regulations.
