    Position Summary:The Operations Processor is responsible for supporting the company's business entities and business partners to ensure operational excellence. The position requires communication, analytical, and professional skills to collaborate with our clients and internal departments.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Process documents related to client setups and products to enable end-to-end business (i.e., sales, operations, and/or compliance)
    • Communicate with internal and external partners including but not limited to underwriters, state agencies and lenders.
    • Organize & file documents in centralized digital location.
    • Perform collateral management to meet client needs.
    • Support special projects as assigned.
    • Adhere to statutory regulations, policies, and procedures.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism, customer service, and communication with all business partners while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
    Education and Work Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years business experience required with focus on operational excellence.
    • High School Diploma/ GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Automotive Industry Experience a plus.
    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Strong working knowledge of the following software:
      • Microsoft Office 365 - Word, Excel, One Drive, Teams
      • Adobe Acrobat Standard
    Hours Required: 40 hours
