    As wecontinue to strengthen our infrastructure, the Accounts ReceivableAnalyst must possess the knowledge, skills and ability to develop,test and implement complex reports and analysis utilizing AdvancedExcel, Business Objects, SAP and others. Key responsibilitiesinclude reporting and analysis, managing department Intranet site,credit card administration, documentation of processes and trainingand root cause analysis of issues relating to reporting. Heavyemphasis on automation and improvingprocesses

    Responsibilities:

    • Activeparticipation with leading and driving results to meet individual,team, and department objectives. Includes training, identifyingprocess improvements, proposing solutions and leading theimplementation resolution(s).
    • Serve assubject matter expert on department processes and procedures, SAPand BI, collections and deductions.
    • Train teammembers and other business users. Includes preparation of trainingdocumentation.
    • Lead and participate with AR'stesting needs that includes SAP, Business Objects, and othervarious testing needs.
    • Play an integral rolein company implementations to support the needs of the evolvingbusiness
    • Establish and maintain strong workingrelationships with customers and other functional groups at alllevels, including executive decision makers.
    • Keep management apprised of unusual or non-standardissues and escalate when appropriate.
    • Conducttimely research, analysis and decision making for resolution ofdeductions and disputed items, short/over-payments on own portfoliowhile serving as subject matter expert and assisting teammembers.
    • Reconcile accounts in timely manner;analysis of transactions and initiate credits and adjustments toaccounts, as well as accurate clearing of corresponding credits anddebits.
    • Identify and resolve order-to-cashroot cause issues that impede invoicing, collections, and deductionresolution. Includes initiating and driving cross functionalresolutions.
    • Review orders on credit hold andpersonally take appropriate action to ensure delivery datesmet.
    • Initiate and maintain complete, accurateand updated records of contacts, collection activities and accountreconciliations.
    • Financial risk analysis toupdate credit limits within level of authority and/or makerecommendations tomanagement.

    Overall responsibilityfor a complex receivable portfolioincluding:

    • Independently plan, analyzeand carry out collection of past due accounts on own portfoliowhile collaborating with team members to drive issues throughresolution to maximize cash flow and proactively communicate to thestream.
    • Identify deviations from policy andpractice and propose and implementremediation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent experience in accounting preferably inaccounts receivable.
    • Strong technical skillswith SAP, Advanced Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel; macros,lookups, data manipulation and graphing) skills.
    • Strong initiative and ability to manage multipletasks.
    • Must be detail oriented with strongorganizational, analytical and trouble shooting skills.
    • Must have a flexible schedule to work at month-endclose.
    • Must maintain knowledge and stayabreast of developments in the field oftechnology.
