    Job Title:
    Staffing Lead

    Location:
    Remote – candidate must reside in CA

    Duration:

    6 months with a high possibility of extension

    Pay Rate:
    $50/hr.-$55/hr. (based on experience)


    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    High volume recruitment experience required.
    Experience with ATS like Oracle, Yellow, and LinkedIn preferred.
    Proficiency in Excel required.
    2-3 weeks Training sessions.

    Interview process:
    Video + Panel.


    DESCRIPTION:


    The Staffing Lead will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to fulfill talent needs and provide exceptional recruiting services.

    The ideal candidate will possess a consultative approach to recruitment, utilizing various strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
    This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while achieving set goals.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop recruiting strategies.
    Proactively source exceptional candidates through various channels including research, cold calling, online searches, networking, and job fairs.
    Create and edit job postings/advertisements.
    Screen resumes and conduct phone screens with candidates.
    Schedule on-site interviews and coordinate candidate assessments and reference checks.
    Manage offer negotiations and create offer letters.
    Provide updated requisition status reports and meet or exceed recruiting metrics.
    Recommend recruitment best practices and ensure compliance with recruitment and employment laws.
    Foster a workplace environment consistent with company values and vision.


    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
    5+ years of recruiting experience, with agency experience preferred.
    Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
    Experience in direct placement recruiting agency preferred.
    AIRS and/or PHR certification preferred.
    Ability to set and achieve Daily/Weekly/Monthly Goals.
    Strong verbal/written communication and time management skills.
    Proficiency in using Internet search tools, ATS, database programs, and job boards.
