Pipe Welders - Spring Hope, United States - Elite Force

Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking Pipe Welders and Fitters in the Spring Hope, NC area for the day shift. This is a contract to hire opportunity working 40+ hrs/wk. No travel involved, working indoors, a set schedule and home every morning after your shift. You'll be working with a stable, reputable company who's goal is to bring you on as a full-time employee for the long-term.
Job Duties
Perform Pipe Welding/Fitting in a Fabrication/Shop Environment
Welding the following: Stainless Steel (primary), however will also be working with Aluminum, and various other materials
Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols, lay out reference points and patterns
Schedule
M-Th – 6 AM – 6 PM and when necessary – Fri – 6 AM – 6 PM (same hours)
Qualifications
3-5 years of previous experience in Pipe welding and/or Fitting - Stainless, TIG and Back Purging preferably in a fabrication shop.
Maintains a clean and safe working area at all times.
**Must pass an onsite 1G MIG and 6G TIG weld test
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
**Must be able to commute to the Hope Spring, NC area on a daily basis**
Compensation
Up to $37/hr. based on experience
