Job Title: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Mindcare Solutions is looking for a devoted and caring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dynamic team full-time.
As a leading provider of mental health services, we are dedicated to offering exceptional care and assistance to our elderly patients and residents dealing with mental health issues in the LTC community.

Compensation:
$130,000 Plus Bonus (Total On-Target Earnings $130,000 - $150, $5K sign-on Bonus)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments to evaluate residents' mental health
- Develop personalized treatment plans, including medication management and therapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure top-tier psychiatric care for residents
- Provide psychotherapy, counseling, and education to residents and their families
- Maintain accurate medical records and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Identify areas for enhancement and implement changes in healthcare services within the facility
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse license; completion of Advanced Practice Nurse Program for Clinical Nurse Specialist or Certified Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Profound knowledge of psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Active DEA with excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in long-term care facilities
- Clinical competency and collaboration with Psychiatrist in long-term care settings
- Ability to travel within a designated territory and possess an unrestricted driver's license
