    Prepare monthly reporting for the Board of Directors.
    Manage month-end closing process.
    Manage and maintain monthly Bank Reconciliation, and other monthly ad hoc financial documents and reports.
    Maintain and reconcile monthly General Ledger balance sheets and verify accuracy with CFO.Process Accounts Payable in a timely manner. Ensure Accounts Receivables are in balance.
    Prepare and maintain departmental procedures as needed.
    Serve as a back-up on additional operational accounting functions.


    What you have to offer:
    Extensive accounting experience.

    Nonprofit experience and/or financial institute experience preferredDemonstrated knowledge of GAAPDetail-orientedFriendly demeanor and positive attitudeBachelors degree in Accounting or related fieldExperience with MS Office SuitesCompensation & Benefits: The salary range for this position is $60K - $75K DOE.
