Job Description:

• 20-23 students in day program. most go home. 10 have to stay overnight. Autism, non-verbal and independent living skills. Students who are higher functioning. Those behaviors are more oppositional. Spontaneous. Hard to predict. Working on building up trust. BCBA-developing behavior support plans. 50% teaching the staff to follow the behavior support plan
• Full time
• Additional position for next school year, same candidate can renew
• Hours roughly 8:30 - 3:30

Interview Process:

• 10 15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• 20-30 Minute virtual interview directly with the school district
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview
