*Pay scale starts at $30.75 and increases with experience**Must Haves:

• NC RN License
• BLS certification
• 1 year of recent hospital experience
• Associates accepted, must agree to enroll in BSN program within 4 years of being hired

*Units:
*Med/Surg** 24 beds

• Nurse to patient ratio - 1:4-5
• Medical, cardiac, ortho, general, GYN surgery

*Short Stay** 8 beds

• Nurse to patient ratio - 1:4-5
• Mostly extended recovery surgical patients (ortho) and med/surg patients in observation status with an expected stay of 24-48hrs
