    Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will identify moderately complex operational issues by observing and studying system functioning and performance results, investigate complaints and suggestions, as well as interview process supervisors and operators, and complete troubleshooting procedures.

    *THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE*The AWS API Gateway/APIGEE Support Engineer (Hybrid) role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
    • Identify operational priorities by assessing operational objectives.
    • Contribute to operational solutions by defining, studying, estimating, and screening alternative solutions, calculating costs, and determining the impact on the total system.
    • Improve operational quality results by studying, evaluating, and recommending moderately complex process re-designs and lead implementation efforts.
    • Contribute information and opinion to unit design and modification teams.

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent
    *Skills*Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process
    Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software
    Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
    Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
    Expertise in service management concepts for networks and related standards such as ITIL practices or SDLC
    Triage and troubleshoot issues with API's or the gateway ecosystem
    Ability toidentify and implement proactive measures to minimize downtime and increase production stability
    Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
    Experience addressing service requests to support internal and external customers in onboarding APIs to the gateway
    Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action
    Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing
    Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
    Optimize configurations and ensure proper documentation for troubleshooting
    Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
    Ability to promptly respond to and resolve incidents
    *Tools*Experience supporting API infrastructure, Google Apigee (product)
    Experience using SharePoint
    Skilled in Excel
    Skilled in Amazon Web Services (AWS) offerings, development, and networking platforms
    Experience with hands-on technical workonboardings and ; CNAME creations on API gateway
    Experience using VMWare
    Skilled in ServiceNow to manage digital workflows
    Experience supporting disaster recovery exercises
