    Your Role in Action
    • Strategic sales leadership-You will be the ultimatedriver of sales strategy andtheexecution of sales results.You will be expected todeeply understand the needs of the customerwhichwill, in turn, influence the sales playbook to win.
    • Collaboratoracross the org-As theDOJ leader, you will be partnering across the company todrive results. Synchronizingthe needs of theDOJ with teams such asMarketing, Customer Success,and our Service Delivery team will beimportantto your success.
    • Driver of operational excellence-The DOJ sales team is undergoing a period ofchange and maturity. Setting standards and repeatable operational processes willbekey to scaling the teamfor the future.Your operational leadership will set the standard in terms ofsales efficiency andeffectiveness.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • 10 -15 years of relevant experience with a relevant degree-level qualification or equivalent combination of work experience and formal education
    • At least5 years ofsales experience with a minimum of1-yearselling SaaS
    Preferred Qualifications
    • You are a seasoned operational leader who has a track record of seeing initiatives through from strategic ideation to implementation
    • You've had an opportunity to be a part of successful B2B commercial organizations and understand where create value and drive efficiency
    • Have managed teams with a diverse set of skills ranging from technical, operational, analytical and strategic
    • Can context shift where you can grasp and communicate big concepts yet seat the minutia when it matters
    Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

    This position is eligible for total compensation which includes competitive cash on-target earnings (OTE) and long-term incentives. The expected OTE range for this role is between $317,000 and $528,000. The final offered OTE will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
