    is currently seeking a Service Director to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.


    Responsibilities Include:
    Under the leadership of the Director of Residential & Individual Support Services, provides oversight to the Individual Supports (Residential) Program

    Responsible for the supervision and compliance oversight of all residential programs, including all aspects of program operations so that program outcomes, financial goals, and personnel requirements are achieved.

    Expand opportunities for community living and community support services for individuals with disabilities.
    Adhere to company policies, procedures, and licensing, federal, state, and local regulations.
    Follow through with all job duties consistent with the agency mission, vision, values, and strategic plan.

    A Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, or an appropriate combination of education and experience
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
    Demonstrated supervisory, training, or mentoring experience
    Demonstrated leadership qualities such as dependability, resourcefulness, and initiative
    Ability to work a flexible schedule
    Valid New Jersey Drivers License and access to properly insured vehicle
    Successfully completion of pre-employment process, including Background check and FBI clearances, MVR, Child Abuse Record Information (CARI) and Drug Testing

    Preferred Qualifications:
    A Masters Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, or an appropriate combination of education and experience
    At least two (2) years of human service experience, preferably with children and/or adults with developmental disabilities including some combination of administration, staff supervision, employment services, and/or community engagement
    Marketing experience
