- Prepare Contract Strategy Documents with PM assistance
- Assist in the preparation of Single Source Justifications
- Review and prepare Scope of Work documents
- Coordinate project-specific insurance requirements
- Establish Negotiation Plans and participate in negotiations
- Manage the RFP process, including commercial evaluations
- Process change orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Implement new contract process controls when necessary
- Communicate regularly with the home office on Procurement matters
- Produce accurate reports for project team, stakeholders, and clients
- Develop advanced understanding of construction and contract agreements
- Conduct price analysis, modeling, and identify competitive benchmarks
- Contract execution and management experience
- RFP/RFX activities, SAP ARIBA/Compass

Location: Boydton, VA
Summary:
We are seeking a Contracts Manager with experience in managing construction contracts, specifically for critical facilities such as data centers and oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will handle various contract-related tasks, including RFPs, RFQs, and procurement activities.
